The staff were beyond friendly and attentive.
The wifi in our villa struggled to keep a connection, and I found myself frustrated as it barely worked inside. the road leading to the hotel was dotted with potholes, making our journey feel endless and precarious. The limited spa services left much to be desired, especially with only one male therapist available. thankfully, they arranged a female therapist for us the next day, but it felt like a hassle.
